-Convert Text to a symbol
-Delete it from stage
-Place Circle symbol on top left hand page and break it apart
-Right click on 30 and insert a new, blank key-frame
-Place Text in the blank key-frame on the right hand side

-Properties -> Frame Properties -> Tweening Tab -> Shape
